1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Timelines
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days.
- Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days.
These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
- A flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies on orders below ₹499.
- COD orders may attract an additional handling fee of ₹30–₹50.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment in real time through our courier partner’s website.
5. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, absence of recipient, or refusal to accept, our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. After 3 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
6. Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please take photographs immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
7. Currently Serviceable Areas
We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
